3-star hotel in Seoul. We could easily park on site. You can eat at Jjeukusi, which is set 700 feet away from the property
Nothing it was perfect.

The room was a little goofy in its layout, but... The entire room ran off of a large remote, lights, ac, etc., and it had its own computer (that would only "speak" Korean, but I used it's internet cord and my laptop). And it had a double jacuzzi tub. In short, I would stay there again without giving it a second thought
It was a little goofy as rooms go, but then overseas is not the same as in the U.S., so if one wishes to travel, one must learn to adapt. I liked staying there.

I think that the cleanliness and staff at this hotel were good. The hotel was very nice on the inside as well as the outside. Also, I don't speak any Korean but the staff were very helpful in helping me understand their meanings. Also, everyday my room was cleaned with fresh towels and soap. I also like that nearby the hotel there were many places to eat and the subway was about 10 minutes casual walk away.
The location of this hotel is horrible. I say that because it was so hard to find since it was located in the end of an alley surrounded by tall building so finding is was a pain. Besides that the place was nice especially if you wanted to be in a non-tourist hotel/ area.

Convenience to the places I wanted to visit and to where I had business to conduct.
More English TV channels and English instruction on the air-conditioning as well as lighting.

The room was dirty. The shower curtain was filthy and the floor had stains. Very dark room, only one small window. The frontdesk staff was not very polite not very helpful.

The room was spacious, with a well-equipped bathroom and bath tub. Reception was responsive to calls and was able to solve most of my queries (except the air-con).
Most of the air-conditioning/ heater were not functioning, and hadn't instructions in English. The room, though clean for most parts, was lacking in some areas. i.e, I spotted a rag that was left near the television (i think housekeeping forgot about it). The mattress was hard, but relatively sleep-able. Location-wise, not the best as it is away from the main-road, so it can be difficult for business travelers to get around.

Kind stuff, location is really close: turn right from the metro station and right into the first, very small street (don`t be afraid it`s safe!), the room was cosy, not super lux, but still very fine for the price, I can only recommend.
no real problem, seriously: the hotel is very good for its price!!!

The TV and interior design. Lots of eating places near the hotel.
The lie about free WIFI. There is no free WIFI as stated on the website. They say free WIFI is only for Korean, not for foreigner. The DVD they provide is shown on a list for rent but most of them are lost. Those that are not lost are poor in quaity. Jumping images, even stop playing half way. The strength of Jacuzzi is weak so do not expect much about it. The location looks good on the map as its just beside the subway. But, it is actually a 8-10minute walk in. Its located right at the end of a small narrow street. On a snowy day it is bad because nobody clean that narrow street so its hard to walk if you have heavy luggages like us. If you are going to this hotel from the south, always transfer at Seoul station. Dont transfer at Yongsan.

Water cooler in room, Quantity of room amenities, proximity to subway station
No Wifi as stated (staff claims it is not working), Room not clean, very Dark & poorly designed room. Recommend stay this hotel only if you are on a budget, unless you don't need a clean and standard room

The large screen tv is stretching it but that was what we liked best.
We had to switch rooms and wanted to cancel our 4 nights because the room that we were given was filthy. There was a towel left on the sink. The toilet was not cleaned. There were hairs and dust everywhere. The rooms were incredibly hot and the thermostat did not work when we tried to lower the heat. It was the worst part of our wonderful trip to Seoul! I would never stay in this hotel again.

Convenience - it's really a 2 - 3 mins walk from the Metro. Comfort - room is spacious with intelligent home control. More importantly, it's the first hotel this trip (and I stayed in 5) that has air-conditioning during Autumn. That's really friendly towards foreigners like myself that is not used to the indoor warmth in Seoul. The jacuzzi bath tub is a plus.
It'd be great if there is some waiting area in the lobby.

The services and facilities were excellent in my case however my parents had to change rooms due to their air-con not working. Their jacuzzi bath was also not working in the second room which was a little disappointing. However the hotel is excellently located and the rooms are decorated to a high standard with all mod cons.

I liked best the help given to me at the reception desk about how to get to different places. The persons at the reception desk were always very helpful, cordial and patient with me. They gave me clear directions of how to get to where I wanted. They also smiled every time I came down from my room or arrived at the hotel, so that I felt welcome.

Very Good Location. Close to the subway station and not to far to others common tourist locations.
Very weird room layout, only suitable for couples. Nearly no facility in the hotel.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
